This article attempts to describe the potential of MOODLE learning management system contributing creative self-development in process teaching subject “Oral and Written Speech Practice English Language” students “Pedagogical Education” training programme. Despite impersonality seeming universality digital educational environment, it can act as a means developing students' individual abilities so much needed era post-industrial society.
